Kyler Performing on Video

I wanted to share a couple of videos of Kyler performing.  The first one is of him seeing Five Little Monkeys. I like this one becuase as you can see he falls of the bed. The little guy was fighting to stay on but just couldn't hold on. We only get three little monkeys out of him before he switches to another song.(Sorry for the videos being sideways)

This second video is of Kyler singing his ABC's but if you listen real close to the video you will hear around letter M that he passes some gas but being a good showman he didn't let it stop the show.

Our countdown to Kellen's arrival

I know a lot of you have already seen these photos on facebook but I wanted to post them here also so you can see them side by side. This way you can truly appreciate them. We are 22 weeks into the arrival of our next adventure, Kellen Lane Keen and my wife came up with this creative way to show off the weeks and her growing belly. The first photo is at 17 weeks.

He gets his moves from his daddy.....

Kyler is a dancing machine. He loves to dance and move it. I think he gets his moves from his daddy. Today we turned on a couple of videos on tv and let Kyler shake it a little. This first one is the chicken dance song.

This last video is my favorite. He is dancing to the Madagascar movie where they sing the song, I got to move it. If you listen real close you will here Kyler sing I got to move it.

Like I said he gets his moves from his daddy.

We had a little pre-dinner entertainment tonight from Kyler Keen. He sung us a new song he learned at daycare today. It is:

Kyler's First Two Soccer Game

Well here is the video of Kyler's first two soccer games. I appologize up front for the video being a little shaky. I got a new camera and I am still learning.

This first game we played owls. It was a great game. Kyler listened and played really well. Our team didn't score any goals but the kids had fun. Kyler is number 4.

My name is Wednesday-Family dog injured

My name is Wednesday and I am the family dog. I just came back from surgery for my ear. I developed a hematoma in my ear that was rapidly swelling. I spent the night at the doctor's office and then had surgery the next morning. I have to wear this satelite dish for ten days.

First Week of Soccer Practice - Publix Video

Well Kyler had his first week of soccer practice and we survived. We are on the Farm Bureau Little Rascals(Thanks goes to Roger Parish for sponsoring the team). There are eight players on our team, some with experience and some without.

The first practice was great, Kyler listened to his coach and did the skills the best he could. I think his favorite part was the water break during the practice. That kid loves to drink his water. We just finished his second practice and it was good. I refer to practices as herding cats. I mean it is a bunch of three and four year olds. You can only keep their interest for so long and then they are rolling in the grass or watching some bug crawl on the ground.

My fear is that I will turn out like this guy from this Publix commercial. We will see on Saturday for our first game.

 

It's all in a name........

Brandi has decided on a name for our new son. She gets to name the second child since I named the first one. That was our deal when we were having Kyler. If it was a girl she could name it and if it was a boy I got to name it. So as soon as we found out we were having a boy again she claimed that she got to pick this time..........

Oh boy part 2

Well it is official we are having boy #2. We are really excited to be having another boy. This is fitting perfectly into my plans to have three kids. I always wanted to have two boys and hopefully work their mom into trying one more time for that girl. So the plan is coming together nicely.


I am glad for this baby that it is a boy since Kyler always said if it was a girl he was going to throw it outside with the dogs. So now he at least gets to stay inside with the rest of the family.

Now our next big hurdle will be a name. We have it down to three but it is all on his mom's shoulders. Our deal was I named Kyler so she get the second one. Next post I will post the name.

New Addition on the way....

The Keen family of Lake City would like to report we have a new addition on the way. We are due the first part of June and we find out what we are having January 5th. I will post more when we find out what we are having. See you then......
